How we started
Bit Complete began as a collaboration between longtime friends and tech leaders Matt Schweitz and Dylan Trotter. With experience at companies like YouTube, Slack, and Thumbtack, they recognised that building great software is just as much about people as it is about code.
Matt’s knack for creating motivated, cohesive teams and Dylan’s passion for tackling the social side of technology made them a perfect match. In April 2020, Bit Complete was created!
